  At this time, mbeandesigns ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, mbeandesigns ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

• mbeandesigns wants you to be thoroughly satisfied with your purchase.  If for some reaon you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at mbeandesigns@san.rr.com within 15 days of the receipt of your order.  mbeandesigns will gladly refund you the purchase price of the item.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Custom or customized orders are not refundable.
